Service rate

The Evaluation & Minor Repair charge is $120.00 +GST, any additional repair work will be quoted after the evaluation has been completed. The price for calibrations is available on application (and is not covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty)

Guidelines for completion:

• Complete the Service/Calibration form ensuring all required fields have been completed.
• Give as much detail as possible.
• Select the Agreement of Terms of Service
• Click on Submit.
• A popup then appears with Service rate details and acknowledgement of submission.
• The popup has a Print Repair Request Form link (in red). Click on the link to print a copy of the completed Service/Calibration Request Form.
• All returns must be accompanied with a copy of this form.
• An email confirmation will be sent with a copy of the form for your records (this may take some time to come through).
• All returns should be sent to 75 Main South Road, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042  - for attention T. Garmonsway.
• If it is a Warranty Claim, please provide proof of purchase when returning the unit

Upon receipt of the return the service department will then check the unit and correspond directly.
